Shipping, Returns & Cancellation Policy

We work hard to ship orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our policies before placing your order.

Shipping

• All shipping charges are final and non-refundable.
• If multiple orders are placed by the same customer, we may combine them into one shipment when possible. Combining orders helps reduce packaging waste and streamline fulfillment; however, shipping charges will not be refunded or adjusted for combined shipments.
• Shipping costs include postage, packaging materials, processing, handling, and fulfillment costs.

Returns

• If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Because payment processing fees are incurred as soon as an order is placed, approved order cancellations will be refunded minus a 3% + $0.30 cancellation fee. This fee applies even if a cancellation is requested immediately after an order is placed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to our standard return policy.
