Shipping & Return Policy

We work hard to ship orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Shipping

• All shipping charges are final and non-refundable.
• If multiple orders are placed by the same customer, we may combine them into one shipment when possible. Combining orders helps reduce packaging waste and streamline fulfillment, but shipping charges will not be refunded or adjusted for combined shipments.
• Shipping costs cover more than postage and include packaging materials, processing, handling, and fulfillment costs.

Returns

• If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
